medispas.ai ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. We handle personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy laws.

1. Information we collect

Business and contact information you provide or that we gather while researching your practice (business name, location, services, public social profiles, contact details).
Account and billing information — your subscription details and payment information, which is processed and stored by Stripe, not by us.
Content and media you provide for use in your social media, including photos and video.
Usage information about how you interact with our website and dashboard.

2. How we use it

To research your practice and build your brand profile.
To create, review, schedule, and publish content for you.
To process billing, provide support, and operate and improve the service.

3. Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us operate, including Stripe (payments), our hosting provider, and the AI provider that powers content generation, as well as the social platforms you authorize us to publish to. We do not sell your personal information. We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our services.

4. Patient information

medispas.ai is a marketing service and does not seek access to patient health records. You are responsible for ensuring you hold the necessary consents before providing any materials that identify a patient, including before-and-after imagery and testimonials.

5. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, or correction of, your personal information, and you may withdraw consent or close your account, subject to legal and contractual limits. Contact us to make a request.
